I just bought a license for one of your applications but I haven't received an email with my license key.

Emails do get lost sometimes in spam filters along the way. Please go to our support page to have the email resent to you. You can also use this form to retrieve any lost license keys.

When I try to register the application I just bought, it says there's an unknown error, what can I do?

DrawIt has to connect to our server to activate your copy of DrawIt. This means that you must be connected to the internet. Also temporarily disable any network-monitoring applications if you still experience problems.

Can I use my license-key for DrawIt or Fontcase to activate multiple Macs in my home?

Yes you can. You can install DrawIt on all Macs in your home with one license key. Our activation server keeps track of the number of activations and if it really gets too much, it automatically disables the serial temporarily.

The screencasts of DrawIt don't look like the copy I downloaded. Where did the stuff go?

The screencasts were taken with a previous version and the interface has changed since then. The bar below the toolbar has moved to the top of the filters stack and the bitmap tools were removed as well. Note though that none of the bitmap tools were used in the screencasts to produce the results.

I tried to reinstall DrawIt or Fontcase on my mac, but it won't accept my license key. What happened?

It might be possible that our activation server temporarily disabled your license key because it has been activated a lot of times. Send us an email and we'll reactivate your serial. We do this to fight piracy, we hope you'll understand.
